There is more than one way to help, and money is not always the most useful one. Here is what actually makes a difference, and where to find us.

Give money
By PayPal, bank transfer, cheque or cash. It goes into the homes and the support that keeps people in them.

Give goods
Furniture, white goods and household things are sometimes worth more to us than money — but only the ones we need at the time. Ask first and we will tell you honestly.

Give time
Practical help, a skill, or a hand with the building and the garden. Tell us what you can do and we will say whether it fits.

Pass it on
A lot of people who would suit this place never hear of it. Telling one person — a colleague, a family, a hospital ward — costs nothing and works.

Drop-offs are welcome, but please ring first — it is someone’s home, and we would rather meet you at the door than have you leave things on the step.
Where donations go
Donations are received by Supporting Adult Independent Living Ltd, the organisation that operates Supporting Homeless. If you make a bank transfer, that is the name you will see.
